Our basic one hundred gallon offset smoker with double-walled insulated firebox of 1/4" steel and an angled firebox ceiling to provide better flow rates. The cook chamber is 3/8" steel and 4' long at 24" diameter with a 56" door. Comes with one large grate inside the cook chamber and a single TelTru thermometer. Also includes a drain on the bottom of the chamber and a water pan on the right hand side. Smokestack is 4' tall 6" diameter circular pipe with a teardrop cap and is easily removable if needed.
With care, this smoker will last a lifetime.
Will come burned in with linseed oil.
